1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Profile Information

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• account or internal user identifiers;
• nickname, avatar, and profile preferences;
• telephone number, email address, or third-party login identifier, if enabled;
• authentication tokens and account-security records; and
• language, region, and communication preferences.

1.2 Content and AI Inputs

We process content you submit or create, including:

• song descriptions, prompts, lyrics, titles, and feedback;
• selected music style, mood, timbre, language, and voice or gender preferences;
• uploaded images, audio, music, and other media;
• generated songs, instrumental tracks, cover images, videos, and lyric timing data; and
• public posts, likes, favorites, reports, and other interactions, if those features are enabled.

Do not upload another person’s voice, image, likeness, personal information, or copyrighted material unless you have the necessary permission.

1.3 Purchase and Subscription Information

We may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase tokens, subscription status, renewal or cancellation events, price configuration, virtual-coin balance, and entitlement history from Google Play, Apple, or another payment provider.

We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card number when purchases are processed by an app store or external payment provider.

1.4 Device, Log, and Usage Information

We may collect:

• device model, operating system, app version, package name, language, and time zone;
• IP address, login time, referral or distribution channel, and approximate region derived from IP;
• device or advertising identifiers where permitted, such as Android ID, OAID, or similar identifiers;
• feature usage, generation-task status, error logs, crash information, and performance data; and
• fraud-prevention, abuse-detection, and security events.

1.5 Customer Support and Communications

If you contact us, we collect the content of your request, contact details, attachments, and information necessary to investigate and respond.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create, authenticate, secure, and maintain accounts;
• provide AI music, lyrics, cover-image, and video-generation features;
• process uploads, generation tasks, storage, downloads, likes, and favorites;
• verify purchases, manage subscriptions, provide Coins, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent crediting;
• personalize language, content, and feature presentation;
• operate, debug, analyze, and improve the Service;
• moderate content, investigate reports, enforce our Terms, and protect users;
• communicate service, security, purchase, and support information;
• comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where applicable, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

3. AI Processing

User Input and related technical information may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate or optimize songs, instrumental music, lyrics, prompts, titles, image descriptions, cover images, or videos.

AI providers may process this information in countries other than your own. Before publication, list each production AI provider and link to its privacy information in Section 5. Do not state that providers do not train on submitted content unless that is contractually verified.

Generated content may be probabilistic and may resemble content generated for other users. We may use automated safety systems to detect prohibited or abusive requests and outputs.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

• AI service providers that process prompts or media to generate content;
• cloud hosting, storage, and content-delivery providers that host accounts and media;
• payment processors and app stores that verify purchases and manage subscriptions;
• analytics, security, anti-fraud, and customer-support providers acting on our behalf;
• professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or address safety and fraud; and
• a successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices constitute “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide any required notice and opt-out mechanism.

5. Service Providers

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

• opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; and
• appeal our response or complain to a data-protection authority.

You may update your nickname and avatar in the app. To submit another request, contact walkerbush1024@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request account deletion:

Deleting an account will permanently delete or de-identify associated personal information and content, except information we must retain for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or enforcement purposes. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; cancel the subscription separately through the applicable store.

9. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. 10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit where appropriate. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and device.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age without legally valid parental authorization. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact walkerbush1024@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete it where required.

If the Service is offered to children or designed for families, this policy and the product must be revised to comply with applicable children’s privacy and app-store requirements before release.

12. Permissions

Depending on enabled features, the app may request access to photos, media, camera, or microphone so that you can select or create inputs for music and video features. We access these resources only after authorization and for the feature you request. You may manage permissions in your device settings, although disabling them may prevent related features from working.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the revised policy and update the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide prominent notice or request consent before material changes take effect.
